Step 1: Create a New Automation

Click the Create New Automation button from the Automations page.

Step 2: Select Post or Reel

Choose where the automation should apply.

You’ll see three options:

Next Post
Applies to the next post you publish.

Any Post
Applies to all posts — past, present, and future.

Specific Post
Applies only to selected posts.

Understanding “Next Post” Logic

This option prepares automation before you publish.

You set it once, post later, and automation attaches automatically to that post.
It works only for that single post.

Best when you want stress-free posting or campaign-based content.

Understanding “Any Post” Logic

This option works immediately on all posts.

Any comment that matches your conditions triggers a DM, no matter when the post was published.

Step 3: Set Comment Keywords

You can choose how comments trigger automation.

Defined Keywords
Automation runs only if comments contain specific words like “price” or “details”.

Any Keyword
Every comment triggers automation.

Step 4: Write the DM Response

Step 1: Log In and Open Dashboard

Log in to your Zapify account
You will land on the Dashboard

Step 2: Open Settings

From the left navigation bar, click on Settings

Step 3: Click on Create Organization

On the Settings page, you will see a button called Create Organization
Click on Create Organization

Step 4: Enter Organization Name

Enter a unique name for your organization (Example: your brand name or company name)
Click Next

Step 5: Select Instagram Accounts

You will be asked to select Instagram accounts
Choose one or multiple connected Instagram accounts
These accounts will belong to the organization
Click Create Organization

Step 6: Invite Team Members

Once the organization is created, you will see an Invite button
Click on Invite
Enter the email address of the user you want to invite
Click Send Invitation

Step 7: User Accepts the Invitation

The invited user will receive an email invitation
The user can:
- Accept the invitation from the email, or
- Go to the My Invites section inside Zapify and accept from there Once accepted, the user becomes part of your organization.

Enable AI to automatically reply to comments on your Instagram posts.
This guide shows how to quickly turn on AI-powered replies so Zapify can respond to comments automatically and accurately.

Step 1: Open AI Replies

From the left-hand navigation bar, click AI Replies. This is where all AI reply automations are managed.

Step 2: Complete AI Custom Settings (If Not Done)

If your AI Custom Settings are not configured, Zapify will prompt you to complete them first. This step helps the AI understand your brand, your goals, and your reply preferences.

Step 3: Select a Post to Automate

Once setup is complete, your Instagram feed will appear. Click on any post where you want to enable AI replies. Each post can have its own AI reply configuration.

Step 4: Add Post Details (Very Important)

You will be taken to a dedicated post settings page. Enter Post Details clearly so the AI understands the context of the post.

Post Details should include what the post is about, product or service information (if any), and offer details or any important context. Clear post details help the AI generate accurate and relevant replies.

Use Always Add if you want a message included in replies wherever it makes sense. F
