How to Create an Organization and Give Team Access

Create an organization in Zapify and invite team members to manage Instagram accounts together from one dashboard.

This guide explains how to create an organization in Zapify and give access to your team members.

Step 1: Log In and Open Dashboard

• Log in to your Zapify account
• You will land on the Dashboard

Step 2: Open Settings

• From the left navigation bar, click on Settings

Step 3: Click on Create Organization

• On the Settings page, you will see a button called Create Organization
• Click on Create Organization

Step 4: Enter Organization Name

• Enter a unique name for your organization

(Example: your brand name or company name)

• Click Next

Step 5: Select Instagram Accounts

• You will be asked to select Instagram accounts
• Choose one or multiple connected Instagram accounts
• These accounts will belong to the organization
• Click Create Organization

Step 6: Invite Team Members

• Once the organization is created, you will see an Invite button
• Click on Invite
• Enter the email address of the user you want to invite
• Click Send Invitation

Step 7: User Accepts the Invitation

• The invited user will receive an email invitation
• The user can:
• • Accept the invitation from the email, or
  • Go to the My Invites section inside Zapify and accept from there

Once accepted, the user becomes part of your organization.

Step 8: Manage Team Members

• On the same organization page, you will see a Manage button
• Using Manage, you can:
• • Add new users
  • Remove existing users
  • Delete users from the organization
  • Control team access as needed

Key Things to Know

• Organization name must be unique
• You can add multiple Instagram accounts to one organization
• Invitations are sent via email
• Team members must accept the invite to get access
• You can manage users anytime from the Manage button
