How to Set Up AI Replies Automation

Enable AI to automatically reply to comments on your Instagram posts.

This guide shows how to quickly turn on AI-powered replies so Zapify can respond to comments automatically and accurately.

Step 1: Open AI Replies

From the left-hand navigation bar, click AI Replies. This is where all AI reply automations are managed.

Step 2: Complete AI Custom Settings (If Not Done)

If your AI Custom Settings are not configured, Zapify will prompt you to complete them first. This step helps the AI understand your brand, your goals, and your reply preferences.

Step 3: Select a Post to Automate

Once setup is complete, your Instagram feed will appear. Click on any post where you want to enable AI replies. Each post can have its own AI reply configuration.

Step 4: Add Post Details (Very Important)

You will be taken to a dedicated post settings page. Enter Post Details clearly so the AI understands the context of the post.

Post Details should include what the post is about, product or service information (if any), and offer details or any important context. Clear post details help the AI generate accurate and relevant replies.

Step 5: Add “Always Add” Message (Optional)

Use Always Add if you want a message included in replies wherever it makes sense. For example: ongoing offers or discount codes, asking users to follow your account, or sharing a call-to-action. This message is added naturally to AI replies when relevant.

Step 6: Save and Activate

Review your settings once. Click Save Settings. Your AI Replies automation goes live instantly.

Completion

AI will now reply automatically based on your AI Settings, Post Details, and Response Preferences. No further action is needed unless you want to edit or update the automation later.
