How to Setup AI Settings

AI Settings – Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Train AI with your brand, goals, and preferences for smarter replies.

This guide helps you configure AI Replies so the system understands your business and responds correctly to your audience. You can change it anytime from "AI Settings" Tab.


Step 1: Click on "AI Settings" button on Dashboard

  • Or From the left-hand navigation bar, click AI Replies.


Step 2: Start Initial Setup

  • If this is your first time opening AI Replies, you will be asked a few setup questions.
  • These answers help the AI understand your business and set the right response goals.


Step 3: Select Your Industry Profile

Choose the industry that best matches your business.

If none fit, select Other (last option) and enter your own.


Industry Options

E-commerce & Retail - Online stores, retail businesses, and product-based sales.

Influencers & Creators - Content creators, personal brands, and social media influencers.

Agencies & Marketing Services - Marketing agencies, consultants, and service-based firms.

Small & Local Businesses - Local shops, offline businesses, and community-based services.

Travel, Hospitality & Real-Estate - Hotels, travel services, rental properties, and real estate businesses.

SaaS & Tech - Software companies, tech startups, and digital platforms.

Entertainment & Media - Gaming, media, streaming, and entertainment-focused businesses.

Finance & Consulting - Financial services, advisors, and business consulting firms.

Other - Specify your own industry or business type if none match.


Step 4: Choose Your Primary AI Goal

Select what you want the AI to focus on while replying to users.

Goal Options

Boost Engagement - Increase interactions and meaningful conversations with your audience.

Grow your Followers - Expand your follower base and strengthen your online presence.

Create SuperFans - Turn satisfied customers into loyal brand promoters.

Customer Retention - Keep existing customers engaged and encourage repeat interactions.

Awareness - Improve brand visibility and recognition.

Product Education - Educate users about your product features and services.


Step 5: Select Default Response Length

Choose how detailed AI replies should be.

Vibe with user - Matches the tone and length of the user’s message.

Short & Sweet - Brief responses (1–2 sentences).

Medium - Balanced responses (2–3 sentences).

Detailed - More detailed explanations (3+ sentences).


Step 6: Add Brand Name & Description

This is the most important step.

  • Enter your brand name
  • Add a clear brand description so AI understands:
    • What your business does
    • How it should talk to users


  • Click Suggest me what to write if you’re unsure what to add.
  • This helps structure your brand information properly.

You can include:

  • Business description and story
  • Unique selling points (USP)
  • Key products or services
  • Target audience
  • Common customer questions
  • Offers or promotions (if any)
  • FAQs
  • Any special instructions for AI replies


Step 8: Response Preferences

Customize how the AI generates and sends responses.

  • When enabled, AI replies will include @username.
  • This helps grab more attention and increases visibility in comments.


  • When enabled, AI replies are sent automatically without manual review.
  • Best for high-volume comments and fast engagement.


Include Emojis in AI Responses

  • Allows AI to use relevant emojis in replies.
  • Helps make responses more friendly and engaging.


Add Hashtags to Responses

  • Automatically adds relevant hashtags to AI replies.
  • Improves discoverability and reach on Instagram.
