Request Features & Vote on What We Build Next

Submit your own feature ideas, vote on top features and platforms, and help shape Zapify’s roadmap.


Step 1: Open the Public Roadmap

  • Log in to your Zapify dashboard
  • Click on "Request Feature" Button
  • You’ll land on the roadmap page where voting and suggestions are available


Step 2: Request a Custom Feature (Start Here)

If the feature you want is not listed, request it first.

How to Add a Custom Feature

  1. Go to Suggest Your Own Feature
  2. Enter a Feature Title

Example: Dark Mode Support

  1. Add a Description

Explain:

    • What the feature should do
    • Why it is useful
    • How it helps your workflow
  1. Click Suggest Feature

Once submitted:

  • Your feature is added to the roadmap
  • Other users can vote on it
  • Zapify reviews it for prioritization


Step 3: (Optional) Fast-Track Your Feature

  • Enable Fast-Track Your Feature if shown
  • This helps prioritize and speed up development
  • Best for business-critical or high-impact features


Step 4: Vote for Existing Features

After submitting your feature (or if it already exists):

Voting Open

  • Scroll to the Voting Open section
  • You’ll see features open for voting

Examples shown:

  • Instagram Story Support
  • Posting & Scheduling

How to vote

  • Click the vote icon on a feature
  • Your vote is counted instantly
  • Vote count updates in real time


Step 5: Vote for Platform Integrations

Scroll to Social Platform Integrations.

Here you can vote for platforms you want Zapify to support next, such as:

  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • WhatsApp
  • YouTube

How it works

  • Click vote on the platform you want
  • Platforms with higher votes get higher priority


Step 6: Check Recently Launched Features

  • Scroll to Recently Launched
  • This section shows features already built and released

Examples shown:

  • Dark Mode
  • Multiple Accounts Support
  • Capture Leads

These features are marked as Launched and are already available in Zapify.


How Voting Works (Quick Overview)

  • You can vote for features and platforms
  • You can submit your own custom feature
  • Features with higher votes are built first
  • Launched features are clearly marked
